Public participation Sessions of 15 minutes are held prior to the start of each public meeting.
For Committee Meetings questions may only be raised on items on the agenda.
For Full Town Council meetings, items which fall within the scope of the Council's activities may be raised by Bideford Residents. Participants will be asked to read the Bideford Town Council Code of Conduct (or available at the meeting), and to complete a pro-forma stating their name and address and item to be raised.

You are cordially invited to attend the Bideford Annual Parish Meeting to be held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Bideford, on Tuesday 16 April 2024 at 7.00 pm. The business to be transacted at this meeting is set out below. There is a legal right to film/record/photography/report public meetings.

3. To receive the report from the Town Mayor on the activities of the Council during 2023/2024.
4. To receive a review of the work undertaken by the Council’s Committees during 2023/2024:
a. Staffing, Finance & General Purposes Committee
b. Market Management Committee
c. Planning Committee
d. Tourism Committee
e. Allotments Committee
f. Decarbonisation and Environment Committee
5. To consider any matters raised by Registered Electors who reside within the parish of Bideford
