Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Bideford on

Wednesday 28 May 2014 at 6.00 pm

001 ELECT CHAIRMAN

Councillor Christie was proposed by Councillor Ratcliff, and was seconded and

RESOLVED: That the Chairman for the Planning Committee is Councillor Christie, for the Mayoral year 2014 / 2015.

002 ELECT A VICE CHAIRMAN

Councillor Pester was proposed by Councillor Wootton, and was seconded and

RESOLVED: That the Vice Chairman for the Planning Committee is Councillor Pester for the Mayoral year 2014 / 2015.

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 07 May 2014 were approved and signed as a correct record.
