There were no declarations of interest at this point of the meeting.   
               
078.   PUBLIC PARTICIPATION SESSION

There were no members of the public in attendance.
                   
079.   MINUTES

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 1 February 2017 were approved and signed as a correct record.

080.   TO CONSIDER CHANGING THE DATE OR TIME OF THE PLANNING MEETING SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY 15TH MARCH 2017 DUE TO ANOTHER MEETING BEING HELD AT 7PM ON THE SAME DATE.

RESOLVED: That the date of the next meeting 15th March should remain the same but the time be brought forward to commence at 5.30pm to allow members time to complete the Planning Agenda and have the option to attend the meeting at Bideford College.

081.   TO CONSIDER AND RESOLVE ON THE DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL CONSULTATION APPLICATION SC499, STREET CAFÉ FOR THE KINGS ARMS PUBLIC HOUSE, BIDEFORD.

RESOLVED: That the application is approved.

082.   PLANNING APPLICATIONS

a.     Application No:  1/0089/2017/TRE:  Various pruning and felling works to roadside trees along Clovelly Road. Atlantic Village, Bideford, Devon, Applicant: The Agent c/o Atlantic Park (Bideford).. Agent Pryor & Rickett Silviculture Ltd,  Dunchideok Barton, Ide, Exeter. (Date received: 9 Feb 2017).

RESOLVED: That the application is refused as there was both no report from TDC's Tree Officer and the proposal appears to concern trees that Councillors understand were not to be removed.

083.   PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK

Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last
meeting.
                   

The business of the Meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked the Members for their attendance and the Meeting concluded at 6.15 pm.
